The very first and foremost step is to understand client’s requirement. We make the detailed Job Description based on the client’s requirement to make sure we both are on same page.
Screening and selection by

Based on the Job Description we screen the suitable candidate. All the selected candidates have to appear for Writing, speaking, Computer and specific skills test based on the client requirement
Interview By Client
Once we have selected one or more candidates, we share the resumes and other information with the client for them to take the final round of interview
Training & Onboarding
Once the candidate is selected, he has to undergo the basic training with Skybeat.
Creating Backup
While initial training, generally our manager attends training with the candidate. To assure the training goes smooth and in worst case we have manager as a backup in future if needed.
Regular communication with client to make sure things are working ok.
On weekly or fortnightly basis our team is in touch with your manager to check whether things are going smooth. In case of any issues / complaint we act immediately to resolve the same..
